2. Hosting (Hostinger) and Provision of the Website
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Limited (61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus).
In the context of hosting, personal data is processed that arises when you visit the website (in particular server log files, see section 3). Hostinger processes this data as a processor; the basis is a data processing agreement (DPA).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably).
3. Server Log Files
When you access our website, your browser automatically transmits information to our server, which is temporarily stored in log files. In particular, the following data may be processed:
IP address
date and time of access
requested page/file (URL)
referrer URL
browser type/version, operating system
name of the access provider (ISP)
Purposes: establishing a connection, delivering the website, system security and stability, detecting misuse and attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention period: The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes stated above.
Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
4. Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, message, and any other voluntary information) in order to handle your enquiry and clarify any follow-up questions.
Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures/contract), insofar as your enquiry is aimed at this, or
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling general enquiries).
Obligation to provide data: The information marked as required fields is necessary for us to process your enquiry. Without this information, we may not be able to process your enquiry.
Retention period: We delete enquiries once they have been fully processed, provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.
5. Cookies
We use only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation and basic functions of the website. We do not use tracking, analytics, or marketing cookies.

6. Recipients / Disclosure of Data
Recipients of the data may include:
Hostinger as the hosting service provider (processor)
authorities/public bodies, if we are legally obliged to do so
No further disclosure takes place unless it is required to enforce legal claims or you have given your consent.
7. Transfers to Third Countries
The hosting provider is established in the EU (Cyprus). If Hostinger uses sub-processors outside the EU/EEA in individual cases, this will be carried out in accordance with the GDPR (e.g., via appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses), as set out in the DPA.

We use TLS/SSL encryption during website visits and implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.

Status: December 2025. We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy in order to adapt it to changes in legal requirements or technical developments.
